Coordinate counseling, medical care, medications, referrals, discharge, and aftercare.
Use trauma-informed, culturally responsive, nondiscriminatory care and protect confidentiality.
Assign services to appropriately qualified clinical, medical, and administrative personnel.
Review incidents, complaints, access, documentation, satisfaction, and program performance for corrective action.
Patients receive information about their rights, privacy, participation in treatment planning, complaint procedures, nondiscrimination, and how to request records. Clinical decisions are not based on marketing claims or a one-size-fits-all promise.
