Structured outpatient support for opioid recovery
Harbor of Health helps adults address opioid use through assessment, counseling, medical coordination, overdose-risk education, and individualized recovery planning.
Private care shaped around your needsCare starts with a private, individualized assessment
Opioid use disorder can involve prescription opioids, heroin, fentanyl, or other opioids. It is a treatable health condition—not a moral failure. The first step is understanding current use, withdrawal risk, medical and behavioral health needs, prior treatment, personal goals, and the level of care that can be provided safely.
- Individualized treatment and safety planning

What medication support means at Harbor
Medication decisions are made by an authorized prescriber after clinical evaluation. When medication is prescribed, prescriptions are filled through outside pharmacies. Harbor stores and administers only extended-release injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol) onsite when clinically appropriate.
Harbor does not dispense or administer Schedule II controlled substances onsite. No medication is guaranteed, and not every medication is appropriate for every patient.
Know when outpatient care is not enough
Severe withdrawal, overdose, trouble breathing, confusion, chest pain, seizures, loss of consciousness, or another acute medical problem requires emergency evaluation. Harbor is not an emergency department or inpatient withdrawal-management facility.
